The 10.80-acre “Helicopter-Only” FBO is located in Kearny, New Jersey, at 165 Western Avenue (just one-half mile from exit 15E off the New Jersey Turnpike) and is just 2 minutes flying time from Manhattan. It offers 70,000 sq. ft. of hangar space, 10,000 sq. ft. of leaseable hangar and administrative offices, ample landing and parking (up to 27 outdoor helicopter parking spaces), full Maintenance services, a pilot-friendly amenities building, and a 24,000-gallon fuel facility with two “hot” refueling pads.
